We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join the team at Mercedes-Benz Warwick Farm . As a Service Advisor, you will be someone who enjoys a challenge, working in a team environment with great customer service skills. Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact, you will take care of the customer’s needs ensuring their vehicle is serviced in a timely manner Liaising with the workshop and parts departments Meeting and exceeding manufacturers CSI targets Ensuring the customers are given the best possible customer service experience Quote up repair jobs and liaise with customers Requirements for the role: Experience in a similar role within a retail automotive service department Excellent communication, numeracy and customer service skills Sound Automotive technical knowledge Knowledge of ERA-Power DMS preferred but not essential Punctual and reliable Current driver’s licence Be able to work in a team environment Demonstrate attention to detail Benefits: Embrace development and mentoring from your team, fostering personal and professional growth!
