Senior Strategy Manager - Financial Services Sydney location, Hybrid (4 days office / 1 day WFH) Are you a seasoned strategy consultant looking to take the next step into a high-impact internal role? This is a rare opportunity to join a pure strategy team working directly with senior executives and the Board, shaping the future of financial services and AI in Australia. The Role We’re seeking a Senior Strategy Manager with minimum 3 years’ experience from a top tier consulting firm. You will be working across a diverse portfolio of strategic projects, reporting day-to-day to experienced project leads and partnering closely with two GMs and the Group Head of Strategy. There are 3 main focus areas: Blue Sky thinking type projects for the whole organisation Strategy Planning and Board reporting - reporting of results to both customers and the media Business partnering – working closely with business units who have small strategy teams on exciting projects Why Join High visibility & impact – Work directly with the Group Executive of Strategy, senior leadership team, and the Board. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills - with the ability to craft compelling, succinct insights. Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
