Job Description As a Senior Strategy Associate, you’ll be part of the team shaping the future of our business. Working closely with senior leaders and experienced strategy professionals, you’ll help identify growth opportunities, address key challenges, and support initiatives that strengthen our long-term direction. Your insights and impact will directly support our commitment to protecting what matters most to our customers. In this role you will: Contribute to the development of TAL’s corporate strategy, ensuring it aligns with long-term goals and evolving market conditions. Help drive the annual strategic planning cycle, including preparing for key Executive and Board strategy sessions. Analyse industry trends, competitors, and market shifts to uncover opportunities and inform strategic direction. Build models and extract insights from complex data sets to support key strategic initiatives. Work closely with senior leaders, business teams, and external partners to align on strategy and drive outcomes.
