As a Senior Relationship Manager/ Relationship Director in our Commercial Banking team, you’ll be at the forefront of supporting a diverse portfolio of mid to large-sized businesses across industries such as professional services, manufacturing, healthcare, property, and retail. Based in Chatswood, you’ll manage complex lending relationships ranging from $3M to $50M, helping clients grow and thrive with tailored financial solutions. What do I need? Commercial Banking Expertise: Proven experience managing diverse business portfolios. Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for client success. Credit Acumen: Skilled in cashflow lending, balance sheet analysis, and deal structuring. Business Development: Demonstrated success in acquiring and growing client relationships.
