Senior Quantity Surveyor – Hybrid Role Location: Chatswood, Sydney Employment Type: Full-Time ️ Project Variety – Work across private and public sector projects (50/50 split). Salary $120,000 - 140,000 Superannuation What You’ll Be Doing ✅ Managing all costs related to the building aspects of multiple projects. ✅ Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. ✅ Preparing cost plans, managing budgets, and ensuring financial efficiency. ✅ Supporting and mentoring junior team members. ✅ Working independently while collaborating with a skilled team. What You’ll Need Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally at a senior level. Strong cost planning, financial management, and presentation skills. Excellent communication – you know how to build solid working relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ️ A passion for the construction industry and an eye for detail.
