No matter where you're at on your property journey, we're here to help with every step - whether that's finding or financing your next home. Our people are the key to our success. At the heart of everything we do, is a thriving culture centred around high performance and care. We are purpose driven and collaborative, which drives innovation and our ability to make a real impact. As such, we’re proud to have been named in Australia’s “Top 5” Best Workplaces two years in a row, as well as being recognised as a Best Workplace for Women. Where the PropTrack team fits in At PropTrack, we see a massive opportunity to optimise the current process with data and technology; reducing waste. We are building a new suite of data-driven products designed to digitize, streamline, and automate the property valuation lifecycle. By leveraging our unique data assets, machine learning, deep industry partnerships and talented teams, we will deliver faster, more accurate, and more cost-effective valuation solutions to Australia's leading financial institutions. This is where you come in. As the Senior Product Manager for Digital Valuations, you will be at the epicentre of this transformation. You will own the vision, strategy, and execution for the products that are fundamentally changing how the industry assesses property risk and value. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to build category-defining products from the ground up. What the role is all about Own the Vision & Strategy: Develop and champion a compelling product vision and multi-year roadmap for our valuation product suite, including our Automated Valuation Models (AVMs), desktop valuation tools, and data APIs. You will become the expert on their workflows, challenges, and success metrics. Drive Execution: Work in a dedicated cross-functional team with Engineering, Data Science, and Design to translate your strategy into a prioritized backlog. You'll write clear specifications, define acceptance criteria, and ensure your team is shipping high-quality products at a regular cadence. Master the Data: Collaborate with our data science team to continuously improve the accuracy, coverage, and performance of our valuation models. You will be comfortable defining metrics, analysing model outputs, and communicating complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Launch & Iterate: Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to orchestrate successful go-to-market launches. You will define product positioning, set pricing, and establish the feedback loops necessary to measure success and drive continuous iteration. Manage Stakeholders: Clearly and proactively communicate your roadmap progress, and learnings to internal stakeholders, including the executive leadership team. Who we’re looking for Experience: 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B SaaS or data-product environment. Track Record: A demonstrated history of discovering customer needs and shipping successful products that deliver measurable business impact. Technical Acumen: You are comfortable working with engineering and data science teams, understand technical trade-offs, and have experience with APIs and data-intensive products. Commercial Mindset: You are skilled at understanding market dynamics, developing business cases, and connecting product capabilities to commercial outcomes. Exceptional Communication: You can articulate a complex vision simply and effectively to a wide range of audiences, from an engineer to a C-level executive at a major bank.
