The Team The Product team is a group of builders who design customer-centric solutions that empower businesses to operate anywhere, anytime. What You’ll Do This role is part of the financial markets product team, building capabilities that enable customers to transact and operate globally. You will lead high-impact projects from ideation to launch. The team focuses on exposing underlying Financial Markets capabilities (FX, stablecoin, yield optimization and liquidity management) to markets and working with internal stakeholders to ensure funds are available to meet obligations to customers, partners and regulators. We have recently expanded our financial markets team to include a customer-facing FX product along with a stablecoin platform. This role can be based in Melbourne, Singapore or SF. Responsibilities Lead the development of critical financial markets infrastructure and capabilities for internal corporate needs and customer-facing product teams. Price construction and distribution via all channels, market risk management and position keeping, and interfacing with liquidity management. Work closely with the Treasury (functional) team to deliver capabilities that optimize liquidity, efficiently manage risks, and provide reporting and control to the team. Collaborate with other product domains to build out solutions that allow product domains to access critical financial services with minimal intervention. Define and lead the product strategy for FX and stablecoin features at Airwallex, including customer experience, business architecture, and pricing and execution. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics or Finance Experience in product management building products from 0-1 Customer mindset Experience building solutions and delivering capability to market Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey product strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences Close attention to detail, ability to structure complex problems and inform decisions with data and first-principle insights Drive, grit, and persistence to take ownership and move ideas to reality in short periods of time Ability to thrive in cross-cultural and cross-functional teams Experience considering both user requirements and commercial strategy to drive meaningful product growth Bonus: experience in FX or Stablecoin Compensation Compensation Range: $147K - $252K Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Product Management and Marketing Equal opportunity Airwallex is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
