About the Role: As a Senior Occupational Therapist OR Clinical Lead at ORS, you’ll work with a dedicated team of 110 OT professionals in our growing NDIS division. You will assess and provide intervention for paediatric clients with various diagnoses and disabilities. This includes: ABC Movement, Beery, DASH, DVTP Supported Independent Living (SIL) Assessments Sensory Assessments Assistive Technology (AT) Assessments Home Modifications Assessments (including complex) Functional Daily Living Skills Assessments Environmental Risk Assessments Skill building and ongoing therapy What You’ll Enjoy: Work-Life Balance: Flexible work arrangements, including work-from-home options, family friendly. What We’re Looking For: Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy. 3 years of OT experience (preferred). Registration with AHPRA (or ability to register). Driver’s license and own vehicle. Ability to obtain required clearances (NDIS, Working with Children, Police Check).
