About the Role As a Senior Manager - Market Data at CommBank, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the client experience, supporting strategic initiatives, and driving operational excellence across market data services. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, timely, and accurate market data and reporting, while fostering strong stakeholder relationships and contributing to the continuous improvement of our product onboarding and distribution processes. This is 12 month maximum term role. Key Responsibilities will also include Deliver a polished and professional service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience. Ensure the provision of accurate and timely market data to meet growing client demand and support business operations. Identify and implement continuous improvements to accelerate product onboarding and support strategic automation initiatives. Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on delivery timelines, proactively address potential blockers, and manage escalations effectively. Demonstrate strong practical understanding of market data concepts, systems, and industry best practices. Apply previous experience in market data cleansing to maintain data integrity and support operational efficiency. We are interested in people who have Proven experience in market data management within financial services, preferably in a senior or leadership capacity. Strong understanding of market data systems, vendors, and distribution models. Experience with data cleansing and quality assurance processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to drive process improvements and support automation initiatives. Possess a statistical background or expertise to effectively address and resolve market data anomalies. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
