What’s the role? Project Management: Oversee and contribute to the end-to-end delivery of the UNITE program projects, particularly the central migration enabler / orchestration program, ensuring they meet business objectives and timelines. Tool and Technology Maintenance: As the first in the Group to adopt the new strategic analytics platform Creator Hub, be a thought leader in the way in implementing our solution utilising MS Azure and Synapse. Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy advanced analytics models, including propensity-based models, machine learning via our in-built Co-Pilot-based solutions. Data Analysis: Synthesize the output of a small data analytics and BI&V specialist team and conduct your own thorough data analysis to extract actionable insights and support decision-making processes. Reporting: Guide a team of Data Analysts and BI&V specialists to create detailed reports and visualizations that will effectively communicate findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders. Data Management and Compliance: Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of data used in analytics projects. Ensure all data activities comply with relevant regulations and organizational policies. Leadership: Be a leader and mentor to amongst the Data Delivery team and aspiring analytics practitioners, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, sharing knowledge throughout the UNITE program. Development: Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and provide feedback to drive high performance. Promote continuous learning within the Data Delivery team, encouraging the adoption of new tools and techniques. Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring analytics projects align with business objectives. Work closely with other departments, such as Technology, marketing, and finance, to integrate analytics into broader UNITE program. What do I need? Detailed technical knowledge and experience with core RRB systems, particularly GCM but also GHS, Vision Plus and LIS Experience and / or certification in MS Azure and Synapse SQL, Python, PySpark as well as Teradata skills and experience Advanced analytical and business analysis skills delivered at a high standard and with attention to detail Experience in preparation and delivery of actionable insights (development and presentation) Experience in Customer Segmentation / Modelling Compliance and legislative awareness pertaining to banking and financial services / marketing environments Why join us?
