The Opportunity: We have opportunities for Registered Nurses to join our Anglican Care Aged Care services in Taree . The vacancies are Full Time positions. You will have the ability to act as a team leader and mentor at ward level, participating in effective teamwork and maintaining communication with colleagues to promote collaboration and facilitate the coordination of person-centred care. Your strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills will prove invaluable as you work collaboratively with a range of staff. Must have: Full working rights in Australia OR subclass Visa 482 OR 494 Must have at least 12 months working experience in Australia specifically in Aged Care Must have a current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Registration The successful applicant will possess, or have a willingness to obtain the following: NDIS Worker Screening Check National Criminal History Check Undertake a pre-employment Functional Medical Why Work for us? Role & Responsibilities: Experience in palliative care, knowledge of AN-ACC and providing high quality care of the ageing people Demonstrated experience in leadership of employees Excellent time management, an ability to work effectively as an individual and within a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to deliver person centre care that respects the dignity and worth of the individual.
