The Opportunity: We have opportunities for Registered Nurses to join our Anglican Care Aged Care services in Taree . The vacancies are Full Time positions. You will have the ability to act as a team leader and mentor at ward level, participating in effective teamwork and maintaining communication with colleagues to promote collaboration and facilitate the coordination of person-centred care. Your strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills will prove invaluable as you work collaboratively with a range of staff.
