Under the leadership of Partners Greg Williams and Alex Rose, you will have the opportunity to deepen your litigation and disputes experience on some of the country's largest class actions and product liability cases. In this specialised, high performing, and collaborative team, this role will see you also act on product regulatory issues for clients across multiple sectors including life sciences, automotive and financial services. The work includes a range of litigious and other contentious commercial matters. Specifically, this role will see you drafting correspondence, preparing advice, day to day management of files, liaising with counsel and assisting with the preparation of final and interlocutory proceedings as well as evidence. Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will have: 3-6 years' experience as a Lawyer in a leading commercial litigation practice; Exposure to class actions or large-scale commercial litigation matters; Familiarity with Supreme/Federal Court litigation; Strong academic results; Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills; and A collaborative and pro-active approach.
