The Opportunity As Global Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind their global wholesale strategy. Reporting directly to the founders, you’ll lead with a clear commercial lens, while staying deeply connected to the soul of the brand. You’ll own everything from partner relationships and pricing architecture to identifying new markets and developing brand-aligned sales strategies. They are Looking for Someone Who Is: Curious & Commercially Sharp: You see beyond the numbers—but you love them too. Brand-Obsessed: You “get” the heart of a brand and know how to bring it to life through every touchpoint. A Natural Storyteller: You're comfortable sitting across comms and brand teams to ensure messaging supports sales goals. Highly Autonomous: You’re self-led, decisive, and thrive in fast-moving environments with lots of freedom. Strategic & Hands-On: You can think big while managing the day-to-day with polish and precision.
