Investment Data function supports all components of data management, including the establishment and ongoing maintenance of the Investment Data Platform, a custom designed reporting and analytics environment to support the data and analytical needs for our growing Investment business. As the Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing data feeds and providing expert analysis of Investment data and data relationships, while seeking to identify and optimise Investment systems and data sources/flows. More broadly, you will participate in key project work and collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, to deliver support to the business for business intelligence and complex analytical use cases. Maintaining and validating Investment data, overseeing Investment databases and systems, and assisting in compiling and analysing performance results, risk matrices, and portfolio analytics to feed insights dashboards. Ensure accurate information is stored and reported, maintaining automated reconciliation and validations in REST's systems, monitoring for discrepancies, and investigating cause. Understand and describe data definitions, lineage, provenance, and the data quality of critical data for the Rest Investment business. Develop and improve the Investment Data Platform, assuring the availability of, and trust in business data. Design and manage the implementation of technical specifications for data ingestion patterns, to optimise persistence for reporting and analytical data sets. Support best practice business process optimisation for the Data and Analytics operations, consistently evolving business process with technology and analytical tools. Collaborate with Investment teams and key stakeholders to design and produce data required to support analysis for the Rest Investment business.
