Learn the compete on court and off court parts of the business. Be trained to be capable of running a tennis facility and business. With clear emphasis on coaching and career development, we offer funding towards coach development KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Expected to participate in all on court programs. Off court – Learn how to work and coach performance players amongst all other players in programs and run lessons, squads and programs, team travel & develop all the business skills needed to run a tennis academy. KEY CAPABILITIES Qualifications and Experience Minimum 3 years experience in tennis coaching Tennis Australia Coach Member or willing to be. Tennis Australia Club Pro Ideal or international equivalent Existing understanding of the tennis industry will be highly regarded Knowledge and Skills Ability to identify new business opportunities as well as cultivate and maintain existing relationships Excellent communication and rapport building skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to manage and organise work and self in a systematic, accurate and timely manner ATTRIBUTES Self-management Approachable and welcoming Looking for growth Professional Honest and trustworthy Well mannered, articulate and well presented.
