Role: Senior Appian Developer Location: Sydney Role : Contract Researching, analyzing, designing, estimating, planning, proposing, and delivering Appian solutions that are appropriate for the business and technology strategies Manage key stakeholders - Collaborate with Product owners on translating business requirements and operational strategy into a long-term, executable solution plan and roadmap Work with IT Leadership to keep solutions in alignment with the existing landscape and future IT roadmap Be able to understand Pega implementation, codebase and be able to build similar functionalities in Appian Experience on CI/CD Pipelines, Deployment methods and Integrations with external Systems Experience on designing and building Appian Applications, meeting application Performance requirements Experience in Agile methodologies, especially Scrum Knowledge on Automation Testing, Appian RPA, Java, API and AI capabilities Experience with public cloud platforms and application development platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, CGP, etc.) Actively monitor new and emerging technologies, trends, practices, and solutions and assess their applicability to business initiatives and strategies Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels When you apply, you voluntarily consent to the disclosure, collection and use of your personal data for employment/recruitment and related purposes in accordance with the Tech Aalto Privacy Policy, a copy of which is published at Tech Aalto’s website (https://www.techaalto.com/privacy/) Confidentiality is assured, and only shortlisted candidates will be notified for interviews.
