We're hiring on behalf of a fast-moving, product-led company that’s putting GenAI to work at scale. They’re after an experienced engineer — 4–6 years in software or ML, with at least 2 years focused on LLMs. You’ve worked with OpenAI, Claude, Cohere, LLaMA, or Mistral, and you’ve built real-world solutions, not just prototypes. You’ll need strong Python skills, experience with ML/AI libraries, and hands-on exposure to building GenAI pipelines — including prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and fine-tuning. If you’ve deployed and monitored LLMs in production, even better. Knowledge of vector databases, MLOps/LLMOps tools, and AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker) will be highly valued. Bonus if you’ve given serious thought to responsible AI — bias, hallucination, and explainability matter here. You’ll join a high-performing, cross-functional Agile team that actually ships.
