We are seeking a skilled consultant to deliver high-impact solutions for our diverse enterprise and government clients. This is your chance to move beyond internal support and apply your deep expertise in a strategic, client-facing role where you will be the driving force behind meaningful change. In this position, you will act as a trusted advisor, taking full ownership of client projects from the initial discovery workshops through to final deployment. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into robust solutions within SAP Employee Central and Employee Central Time Off. Your day-to-day will involve designing systems, managing configurations, and leading client-facing presentations and training sessions. Success in this role means building strong partnerships with stakeholders and delivering solutions that not only meet but exceed their expectations.
