This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering to Victoria’s premium residential and commerical sectors. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing a portfolio of premium residential builders, architects, and developers Developing strategic account plans to increase product specification and repeat business Offering technical support and design consultation to ensure seamless project delivery Identifying and converting high-quality leads within luxury residential and architectural markets Representing the business with a strong commercial and customer-first mindset Collaborating closely with internal design, estimating, and operations teams Staying ahead of market trends, project pipelines, and competitor activities WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’re seeking a polished, knowledgeable, and solutions-driven account manager with a background in high-end building products or architectural glazing.
