Sales Administrator Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for supporting sales operations and managing customer data? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, communication, and collaboration are key? If so, we’d love to hear from you! We’re seeking a Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth processing of inbound sales orders and supporting our national sales team with CRM data management. You’ll be the go-to person for both internal and external stakeholders, helping bridge the gap between our products, services, and our valued clients. Key Responsibilities · Accurately record, process, and verify inbound sales orders in collaboration with the Sales team · Maintain and manage the sales order email inbox · Assist with new lead management and CRM data updates · Act as the primary contact for external customers, ensuring strong relationships and service continuity · Coordinate with internal teams (Project Managers, Accounts Receivable, Contracts) to raise deposit invoices and manage bank guarantees · Prepare scheduled reports on sales order metrics including conversion rates and quotation levels · Liaise with Sales and Project Managers to process order variations · Set up new customers and update existing profiles in SAP, including background checks · Contribute to the development of systems, processes, and policies · Provide backup support for Accounts Receivable (invoicing, claims, customer liaison) What You’ll Bring · Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy · Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities · Excellent planning, organization, and prioritization skills · Clear and confident communication skills—written and verbal · Solid administrative experience, ideally in a sales-related role · Ability to work independently and remotely with a national team · A proactive, helpful attitude and a drive to meet deadlines · Flexibility and eagerness to learn Qualifications & Experience · Relevant experience in manufacturing, construction, or contracts (preferred but not essential) · Familiarity with ERP systems—SAP experience highly regarded · Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email platforms Why Join Us?
