Your New Role As a Retail Team Member, you’ll be the face of frank green, delivering unforgettable in-store experiences that reflect our purpose, style, and energy. Whether you’re welcoming a first-time customer or helping someone personalise the perfect gift, you’ll play a key role in connecting people with products that are better for them and the planet. This role is all about genuine customer connection, premium service, and attention to detail. You'll work in one of our vibrant locations, either our iconic Chadstone flagship or our brand new Melbourne Central store, with opportunities to work across both. We’re hiring for full-time, part-time, and casual roles, and all new team members will complete their initial training at Chadstone to ensure a consistent, best-in-class experience. Your Day to Day Deliver warm, genuine service that reflects our purpose and values. Assist customers with product recommendations and personalisation options. Maintain high visual merchandising standards and store presentation. Process sales, exchanges, and engraving orders using our POS systems. Replenish stock and support store operations (including open/close). Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and KPIs. Stay informed about new products, features, and sustainability stories. Help drive customer engagement, loyalty, and education around our mission. What You Need Previous experience in luxury, premium or lifestyle retail. Passion for sustainability, design, and customer service. A natural people person with strong communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Ability to work flexibly across weekdays, weekends, and peak periods. Comfortable with POS systems and in-store tech (we’ll train you!). High attention to detail and pride in maintaining store standards. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment.
