The Role As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will: Deliver seamless, polished service aligned with modern Greek hospitality Know our dynamic menu and wine list to guide guest orders Anticipate needs, upsell where appropriate, manage tables professionally Work collaboratively across all shifts—plus weekends and evenings You Will Have Previous experience in premium restaurants, or upscale casual venues is a must.
