We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Part Time Registered Nurses to join our teams at our Felixstow Aged Care Home. In this role, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality nursing care, support residents' well-being, and contribute to a positive living environment. Experienced Registered Nurses will have opportunities to provide leadership, mentor new graduates, and further hone your leadership skills in a supportive environment. Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Leads, you will be providing high level support and assistance to our residents ensuring their right to choice, independence and dignity. Key duties and responsibilities will include: Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, ensuring their individual needs are met with dignity and respect Collaborate effectively with care staff, allied health professionals, and families to develop and implement personalized care plans Monitor and assess residents' health status, responding promptly to any changes or concerns Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with organisational policies and procedures. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services provided We have multiple positions available and, we are looking for candidates who want to grow and develop their careers with Uniting Communities. About You: The successful candidate will have: Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA. Current flu vaccination certificates. Current National Criminal History Checks or the willingness to get one. Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and all levels of staff. Experience in a residential aged care setting is a must.
