Our Rosebrook Home, a 91-bed residential aged care facility is located at the base of Arthurs Seat in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula. Located just 30 minutes from Frankston and 20 minutes from Mornington, Rosebrook is an easy drive down the Mornington Peninsula Freeway. About the Opportunity As a Registered Nurse, you'll be an advocate for our residents, using your passion for aged care to make a difference to their lives. As a leader, you'll empower your staff to do the same. Reporting to the Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high quality clinical care to our residents whilst working within and supervising a multidisciplinary team. Our residents deserve the very best nursing care, and our Nurses are an integral part of our care team. We have permanent shifts available Monday to Sunday, and you will have the ability to pick up more casually. About You To be successful, you'll need: Current AHPRA registration (Division 1) Previous Aged care experience Availability and reliability to commit to permanent shifts Ability to communicate and build rapport with residents, families and team members The successful applicant must complete a National Police Check, provide proof of COVID-19 Vaccination and may be required to undertake a NDIS check .
