Residential Aged Care - Regional Areas Seeking Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses Permanent FULL TIME Competitive rates dependent on experience plus super AM, PM and Nights Available Higher rates for those interested in completing NIGHTS Salary packaging Available Shared Accommodation can be provided Regional Allowance available in some locations Relocation available in some locations The Role: Undertake assessments, create care plans and nursing interventions in partnership with consumers and/or their representatives, in line with consumer needs and preferences, professional guidelines and organisational processes. Liaise with medical, allied health, pharmacies, service providers and equipment providers to ensure a holistic, comprehensive delivery of care. Document and report care interventions, observations, changes in needs and consumer feedback in a accurate, objective and efficient manner. Coordinate staff as required on a shift-by-shift basis Assist in the review and dissemination of clinical policies, procedures and assessment tools under the direction of the Clinical Nurse Manager. Provide clinical advice and education to persona l care staff to ensure appropriate care.
