External Referral Program We run an External Referral Program for non-employees to refer talent to us. If we employ the referred person, the referrer gets: $1,500 credit towards a hipages (AU)/ Builderscrack (NZ) tradie, or; hipages will donate $1,500 to a deductible gift recipient registered charity on your behalf, or; $1,500 gift cards, or; You may also choose to split between a combination of the three options to the maximum value of $1,500 This referral payment will be applicable once the hired referral has been employed by hipages for 30 days. Proposed charities are first checked by Finance to ensure they are legitimate DGR and that donating to them won't negatively impact the hipages brand. Our Program If you don't work for hipages but know how awesome we are and also know someone who you think would love to work with us, refer them and if they are hired, you win $1,000 to donate to a charity of your choice* or use towards hiring a tradie* through our platform! Simply get your friend to 'Apply for this Job' in the section below, upload their resume/CV and enter your email and name as the person who referred them. Should we hire them, we will be in contact with you to let you know and find out which prize option you want. Charities must be an officially recognised non-profit organisation (an ATO/IRD endorsed DGR). You have 12 months from the date of your referral to organise tradie services from a current hipages tradie. This program is not open to Recruitment Consultants/consultancies.
