About the role As part of our Homelessness Services team, you’ll provide a blend of front-of-house reception, initial client assessment, and administrative support. Your ability to communicate warmly and manage a busy environment with care will help create a welcoming, respectful space for all who seek support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on connection, organisation, and making a difference in people’s lives—often in their moment of greatest need. Reporting to the Regional Admin Coordinator, this is a permanent full-time position, based in Barwon, VIC. Compensation is in accordance with SCHADS Award Level 2.
