Kick start your career in conservation and land management Be part of a supportive and motivated team culture Competitive Salary Rostered Weekend Allowance (if eligible) Superannuation About the role: As Ranger, you will be based at Shepparton and service a number of Parks and Reserves, most notably the Lower Goulburn National Park, Shepparton Regional Park and surrounding Reserves. This role will deliver in-park services and on-ground works such as maintenance of assets, infrastructure, and facilities and the field delivery of environmental projects. We're looking for someone with: Demonstrated experience in self-management, customer service, communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Sound ability in practical problem solving in field work or similar hands-on work. Ability to relate to and engage with the public - customer service and community engagement. Working knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and the ability to use bespoke applications. The availability to work weekends and public holidays as required.
