About This Role I-MED Radiology Central Region has a new opportunity for a highly experienced, qualified Radiographer /Mammographer, for a part-time (3 days a week) 12 month fixed-term contract, at our East Melbourne clinic. East Melbourne Radiology is a hospital clinic that provides a highly specialised breast imaging service, utilising cutting edge equipment. As Radiographer /Mammographer, you will have a strong clinical focus that provides high quality, accurate medical imaging services to referrers and patients.An ability to work collaboratively with specialist referrers, radiologists, sonographers, nursing staff, receptionists and hospital stakeholders.CPM would be advantageous Some breast screen work at our Caulfield clinic as well.Strong emphasis on training and quality control Key responsibilities: Managing patients and operating specialised medical imaging equipment such as General X-Ray, CT, MRI and Mammography.Consistently delivering high levels of patient care and serviceDeveloping and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managersPromoting and maintaining the highest quality and safety standards Working for I-MED offers you: Commitment to continuing professional development (CPD) and career advancementOpportunities to progress with I-MED's continued growth and expansionCompetitive remuneration package with additional accrued leave and allowancesCommitment to your health and well-being, including access to employee assistance programA range of employee benefits, such as paid parental leave and discounted Health InsuranceAn innovative, respectful and welcoming clinic environment united in the pursuit of excellence Key selection criteria: Current relevant Radiography Radiation licence and professional registrationAppropriate qualifications in Medical Imaging Technology/Diagnostic Medical RadiographyAbility to work collaboratively with a diverse range of health professionals and corporate staffPrevious experience in MR and Mammography is advantageous but not essential How do you apply?
