We are looking for an experienced, part-time (3 days per week), Quality Coordinator to assist in the process of continuous improvement in keeping with the intent of the Aged Care Standards and associated requirements at our new residential aged care residence. The position offers a part-time schedule of three days per week, with 7.5 hours per day. Skills & Experience Required: AHPRA registration (RN) desirable Ideally, at least 3 years aged care experience, preferably in a quality role Demonstrated quality, compliance & clinical governance understanding Sound knowledge of the Aged Care accreditation process Excellent understanding of quality assurance & auditing processes Must be able to easily learn new systems and technologies Continuous improvement, gap & risk analysis experience would be an advantage Excellent interpersonal, communication & leadership skills Be able to coordinate, educate and mentor the clinical staff We encourage you to submit your application today - you will be pleasantly surprised by this opportunity!
