Location: Warragul & surrounds | Part-time (24–30 hrs/week - job share may be available) It takes a Village to raise a child - and a Village to support healing. Through individual counselling, group programs, psychoeducation, and community partnerships, they help people grow into their strongest selves, at their own pace, and with the support of a whole Village behind them. They are now looking for their next team member: a compassionate, skilled, and collaborative Counsellor or Psychologist who is passionate about working with children and adolescents. About the Role In this role, you will: Provide individual therapy using developmentally appropriate, evidence-based approaches; Facilitate their after-school peer support group, fostering social connection and emotional regulation; Work holistically with families, schools, and community services; Support parents and carers through education and practical strategies; and Collaborate with a team that genuinely cares - contributing to a culture of kindness and continuous growth. Who We’re Looking For: You bring empathy, adaptability, and a genuine passion for working with young people. You are strengths-based and client-centred in your approach, and you balance professionalism with warmth and flexibility. You communicate well, work independently, and thrive in a collaborative team. You also have: Experience or strong interest in working with children and adolescents Knowledge of child and adolescent development, mental health presentations, and evidence-based interventions What You’ll Need Qualifications & Registration: For Counsellors: Bachelor’s degree in Counselling (or related discipline) Registration with ACA or PACFA For Psychologists: Provisional or full AHPRA registration Medicare eligibility Checks & Requirements: Working With Children Check; Police Check; First Aid & CPR; and Current Victorian Driver’s License.
