The Position Location: North and North West Tasmania - work across our welcoming regional hubs with flexibility around where you are based. Experience/Qualifications: A minimum of three years experience in mental health as a registered Psychologist or Accredited MHSW, MH Occupational Therapist or experienced Counsellors. Relevant qualifications for your chosen discipline Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), AASW or PACFA or ACA. Masters degree in a related discipline (highly regarded) Demonstrated experience working with people across the lifespan both individuals and families using trauma informed approaches and evidenced-based modalities. The following experience is highly desirable: Critical incident management in workplace settings Mediation, debriefing and conflict resolution Group facilitation Play Therapy, Family Therapy or postgraduate training in working with children and young people. Demonstrated experience working with diverse groups including CALD, LGBTIQA, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and people living with a disability.
