With their niche sitting in near complete or recently completed off the plan apartments, townhouses and house & land properties, they have a solid research team to guide purchasing across Australia, depending on where the greatest value and returns will be for their clients. Duties Handling a portfolio of pre-qualified clients, your primary role is to present pre-vetted investment options, and guide them through the full acquisition journey. Manage and nurture multiple investor relationships simultaneously Articulate the value proposition using research, forecasting tools and financial modelling Provide end-to-end support from presentation through to settlement Stakeholder coordination including developers, project marketers, solicitors, brokers, valuers etc Recommend service providers such as property managers, depreciation specialists etc Work collaboratively with internal teams to optimise the client experience (finance, research, client services) Specific requirements Significant experience in investment property sales / advisory or buyers advocacy Proven expertise in working with investors or high-net-worth clients NSW Real Estate Licence (or Certificate with eligibility to obtain License) Be customer-centric, emotionally intelligent and a strong presenter of information Proficient with CRM systems Benefits Fantastic employee benefits, including a weekly WFH day 6 others to take throughout the year, day off for your birthday and Quarterly achievement days Support and encouragement to maintain a balanced work/life – no weekends!
