About the RoleWe are looking for skilled Project Manager to lead the network infrastructure upgrade. The role requires hands-on coordination of infrastructure upgrades in a hospital environment with high compliance and operational sensitivity. Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Lead end-to-end delivery of the Hospital network upgrade project.Coordinate with IT, hospital operations teams, and technical teams.Develop, maintain, and manage all project documentation – including project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.Oversee procurement activities, vendor engagement, and allocation of technical resources.Ensure alignment with operational standards, change control, and risk management processes.Track project progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.Facilitate stakeholder meetings, ensure clear communication, and manage expectations.Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure effective handover to BAU teams. Requirements and Experience:Demonstrated experience managing network infrastructure or IT upgrade projects, preferably in complex environments.Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and vendor coordination skills.Experience working in healthcare or other highly regulated environments.Familiarity with hospital IT infrastructure standards and operational procedures.Proficiency in project management tools and reporting methods.PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification highly desirable.Ability to work effectively in a part-time capacity, balancing onsite and remote coordination.
