The Services Development and Integration (SDI) team, which sits within the National Production Services Program (NPS) within the Community Services Group (CSG), is seeking a highly organised and experienced project manager to join the team to plan, manage and deliver key project outcomes within CSG in accordance with the Bureau Delivery Framework. The Project Manager will work under the direction of the Program Manager, CSG, to manage projects in CSG to help enable project and program outcomes. They will work with considerable autonomy, accountability and provide specialist project management expertise and capability, aligned to the project management framework. The role will be accountable for delivering work packages, solutions and managing key activities through every stage of the framework e.g. from inception through to transiting into production. Adherence to the Bureau Delivery Framework and corporate governance are a key element of this role. Development of effective and strong relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders and subject matter experts is a key requirement for the role. The projects will involve working with colleagues across several Groups and Programs of the Bureau. The ideal candidate is a person who thrives in a team-based environment, able to think out of the box and is dedicated to achieving outcomes. They will possess strong interpersonal skills and are able to communicate with influence, both verbally and in writing. They will be able to engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders and have a proven track record in project delivery utilising advanced project management skills, methods, and tools. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, they will be an effective leader and can tailor processes based on the project's requirements. The key duties of the position include The responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to: 1. Plan and drive the delivery of multiple concurrent projects, managing all delivery aspects including financial and resource forecasts, supporting, and encouraging team performance. 2. Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders to manage risks and issues and deliver project outcomes. 3. Develop and maintain project artefacts following prescribed standards and contribute to the improvement of project management governance standards, processes, and templates. 4. Provide both standard and ad-hoc reporting and demonstrated ability to analyse complex data. 5. Ensure the various elements of the Bureau's Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion are applied in the work area. 6.
