Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Gold Coast, QLD, for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee and manage various projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Daily tasks include coordinating with stakeholders, managing project timelines, expediting tasks, conducting inspections, and handling logistics to ensure smooth project execution. The Project Manager will also be responsible for risk management and maintaining project documentation. Role Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects from inception through to successful completion, ensuring programme, budget, safety, and quality outcomes are achieved
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams effectively
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through proactive communication
  • Drive project planning, risk management, and cost control processes
  • Mentor and develop site staff while maintaining a collaborative and supportive culture
  • Represent the business with professionalism, integrity, and commitment to excellence
Role Requirements:
  • 5–7+ years’ Project Management experience with a proven track record in the family home construction sector
  • Strong capability managing projects valued $500,000–$2M+
  • Experience in Building and QBCC Compliance
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or related discipline
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead diverse project teams and deliver under tight deadlines
  • Organised, motivated, and commercially astute with strong client-facing skills
