Job Description Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in automation, manufacturing, or engineering? Bosch Oceania is seeking a dynamic professional to lead key projects, drive process improvements, and support business growth within our Bosch Australia Manufacturing Solutions (BAMS) department. This is a 2-year maximum-term, full-time opportunity based at our Head Office in Clayton and may involve occasional domestic and international travel. About the Role: As a Project Manager, you will be: Managing automation and engineering services projects as assigned Actively managing projects and associated risks to achieve specified financial and business targets Monitor, report status of managed projects and implement corrective actions to achieve targets Maintaining quality and document recording systems in line with internal procedures Supporting project acquisitions with internal and external customers Driving process improvements and developing internal project management services Providing interface to the customer in relation to project matters Preparing, maintaining, and actively managing integration and execution plans for allocated projects Project Scope Management Providing, maintaining, and actively managing timing plans for allocated projects Managing Project Cost Management inclusive of monitoring and driving corrective actions as needed Ensuring the release of equipment in compliance with customer specification
