We are looking for an expert Project Director to lead its delivery from groundbreaking to grid connection. Responsibilities Lead and oversee all phases of project delivery — from planning, engineering, and construction to commissioning Manage multidisciplinary teams across civil works, electrical infrastructure, and turbine installation Maintain robust stakeholder relationships, including regulatory bodies, contractors, and community groups Ensure safety, compliance, and budget control across every workstream Champion innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence at every stage Qualifications Proven leadership in large-scale construction projects, ideally in renewable energy or power infrastructure Deep technical and commercial understanding of wind farm development Experience managing major capital projects exceeding $1B Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation capabilities Passion for sustainable development and environmental stewardship Why Join Us?
