We’re looking for a senior leader with the capability to both win and deliver work, particularly in the Water & Wastewater sector. This is a unique opportunity to lead transformational projects while working with key clients. If you’re passionate about building sustainable infrastructure and leading high-performing teams, this is the role for you. Your Impact As Project Director, You Will Drive strategic growth by identifying, tendering for, and securing key water projects. Lead successful project delivery with a strong focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Foster and maintain strong relationships with target clients and industry partners. Contribute to regional business planning, budgeting, and forward work pipeline development. Mentor and develop future leaders within the business. What You’ll Bring Demonstrated success in winning work through competitive tendering or client negotiation. Proven leadership in delivering large-scale water infrastructure projects. Deep knowledge of the Water & Wastewater sector, ideally with experience working with the key regional water authorities. A collaborative leadership style with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management.
