About the Role We are seeking a hands-on, delivery-focused Program Manager to lead a major Salesforce transformation program within a university environment. This role is critical to driving the successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce across multiple business units, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, governance, and execution. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in higher education, a proven track record of delivering complex CRM or enterprise software programs, and the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Salesforce program, ensuring alignment with university goals and timelines. Oversee multiple project streams, including student engagement, marketing automation, and service delivery. Engage and influence senior academic and professional stakeholders across faculties and central services. Manage program governance, reporting, risk mitigation, and vendor relationships. Drive hands-on delivery, ensuring milestones are met and issues are resolved proactively. Collaborate with technical teams, business analysts, and change managers to ensure successful implementation and adoption. Ensure alignment with broader digital transformation initiatives and enterprise architecture. Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Program Manager delivering large-scale Salesforce or CRM programs. Strong background in higher education, with a deep understanding of university structures, governance, and stakeholder dynamics. Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multistream programs with hands-on delivery oversight. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with academic and executive audiences. Experience managing vendors, budgets, and cross-functional delivery teams. Familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
