About the Role You must have experience in quilting and/or tape edging, ideally from the mattress manufacturing industry. This Production Worker role for our Knoxfield factory involves general factory work, rotating through different tasks so you can learn multiple functions and support the team. Key responsibilities include: Following all company safety instructions Operating the tape edge machine Ensuring build quality meets company standards Maintaining strong attention to detail Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reporting daily production output to the supervisor About You Experience with quilting, tape edging, or similar factory work Reliable transport Able to understand and follow instructions Physically fit and safety-conscious Benefits Regular overtime opportunities Penalty rates Staff discounts 7am starts, finish early Fridays!
