About Us Moorebank is a new state-of-the-art facility that will service over 1,000 supermarkets nationwide with more than 12,000 product lines. With the capacity to move 2.3 million cartons each week, this 44,900 sqm facility - equivalent to almost three times the size of the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) - will strengthen Primary Connect’s national supply chain. What You'll Do Identify the impact of unplanned outages, develop revised plans, and collaborate with teams to rectify product handling issues. Play a crucial role in our transition phase, participating in system testing, documentation development, and onboarding activities. Track daily operational progress against plans and report any deviations, especially those impacting delivery windows. Conduct product audits to maintain accurate inventory and manage the integration of new products for automated handling. Identify and resolve product handling issues throughout the Distribution Center, including root cause analysis. What You’ll Bring A strong understanding of DC operations, inventory flow, receiving, dispatch, and the broader supply chain. Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and other DC-specific software Ability to use and interpret data from operational dashboards and planning tools Exposure to SCADA systems would also be highly regarded Deep understanding and commitment to safety principles and procedures Proactive in identifying and resolving issues, rather than just reacting to them.
