See yourself in our team As part of the Asset Finance team in the Business Lending domain we are a key enabler of many businesses the power Australian economy by providing lease and loan options for the equipment the drive business growth. The Platform CoE team keep our business-critical platform humming and ensuring the platform and infrastructure it runs on are up-to-date and secure and the data-integrations that provide drive business intelligence and modelling are running smoothly. In this role You’ll take ownership of a core platform’s operational delivery ensuring it remains stable, secure, and well-managed. You’ll work closely with technical and service teams to bring structure to planning, uplift agile practices, and drive performance across the squad. This is a 2-year maximum term contract role. Key Responsibilities Prioritise and manage platform work including patching, upgrades, and certificate renewals Maintain a clear and actionable backlog aligned to business and operational needs Apply service management discipline to improve case handling and delivery efficiency Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities and expectations Indirectly guide work across technical and service delivery teams Track squad performance and support agile ways of working Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for uplift We are interested in people who have Background or knowledge in technical operations, platform engineering, or service delivery will be beneficial Proven experience as a Product Owner, ideally in platform or infrastructure environments Strong understanding of on-prem infrastructure and systems Familiarity with agile practices and product ownership Solid Project management skills with a focus on delivery and stakeholder engagement Ability to lead through influence and drive team outcomes A mindset for continuous improvement and customer focus Working with us Whether you’re passionate about customer service, driven by data, or called by creativity, a career with CommBank is for you.
