Job Description We’re looking for a thoughtful, proactive and impact driven Product Manager to help shape meaningful digital experiences that solve real customer problems. What You’ll Do: Define and own the product roadmap, aligning with both customer needs and business goals Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to shape product direction and gain alignment Lead end-to-end product delivery in an Agile environment, ensuring deadlines are met Design, test and iterate on new product features and initiatives with cross-functional teams Maintain a refined, prioritised backlog that’s always development ready Monitor delivery progress, identify risks and course correct where needed Set up customer feedback loops to continually improve product value and user experience Track and report on key success metrics for all new initiatives
