Both shifts include rostered days off, with afternoon shifts receiving additional penalty rates. Rosters available: Day Shift: Approximately 5:00 am to 3:00 pm — Starting pay rate $24.58 per hour RDO (subject to availability)Day Shift: Approximately 6:00 am to 3:00 pm — Starting pay rate $24.58 per hour RDOAfternoon Shift: Approximately 3:00 pm to Midnight — Starting pay rate $24.58 per hour 15% penalty RDO Your duties may include but are not limited to: Operate and maintain machinery and equipment used in meat processing, including tasks such as packing, slicing, lifting, pushing, pulling, holding, and carryingHandle both raw and cooked meat productsAdhere to strict food safety and quality standards throughout the production processMaintain a clean and organised work environmentCollaborate with the production team and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow and achieve daily targetsRotate tasks to ensure variety in daily dutiesContribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency About You To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate the following abilities and personal attributes: A strong commitment to safe work practices at all timesExcellent communication skills and the ability to work well with other team membersAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment while completing repetitive tasksBe physically fit and able to stand for extended periodsComfortably lift weights of 15-20 kg frequentlyAble to work in chilled temperature roomsA hardworking attitude and the ability to communicate and interact with people at all levelsCommitment to following established procedures and health and safety practicesAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamA genuine commitment to full-time working hoursMust pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening Please note that previous factory experience is not a requirement for these roles, all employment comes with paid on the job training Why join us Our Purpose is to Craft food that brings out ‘the good’.
