Our Melbourne production team is looking for a skilled Print Operator who takes pride in precision, quality, and efficiency. What you’ll do: Operate digital and/or Large Format printing machines (e.g., HP Indigo, Kornits, Epson, Canon etc.) Set up and calibrate printers based on job specifications and order requirements and ensure quick changeovers Monitor print quality and perform routine maintenance to avoid downtime Work closely with the production team to meet daily output targets and deadlines Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate major ones when necessary Maintain accurate records of job runs, materials, and machine usage Support finishing tasks as needed (e.g., trimming, guillotining, padding, binding, die cutting, folding, laminating, UV coating, packing, Scoring and Perforation) Follow safety and quality assurance protocols at all times What we’re looking for: Experience in print production or manufacturing.
