We are proudly part of Japan Post — www.tollgroup.com Principle Technologist, Emerging Technologies, OT and EUC About Us The Principal Technologist – Emerging Technologies, Operational Technology, and End User Compute – is a senior strategic and technical leadership position within Group IT. This role is responsible for defining, evolving, and executing Toll’s enterprise technology strategy across AI tooling, Operational Technology (OT), and End User Computing (EUC) platforms. With a strong emphasis on innovation, scalability, security, and performance, the Principal Technologist will shape Toll’s technology landscape to align with business objectives, industry best practices, and emerging trends. The role also plays a key part in driving operational excellence and ensuring robust technology governance across the organisation. The Role As the Principle Technologist, Emerging Technologies, OT and EUC you will: Develop and implement strategic technology roadmaps for End User Compute (EUC), Operational Technology (OT), and AI tooling, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategy. Drive innovation through emerging technologies, focusing on AI and automation, and lead enterprise-wide adoption of future-ready solutions. Collaborate across IT and business units to deliver consistent, automated, and value-driven digital solutions. Act as a hands-on technology lead, advising on platform design, implementation, and technical risks for major initiatives. Champion architecture governance and best practices, contributing to the development of high-performance architecture teams. Represent Toll in executive-level engagements, serving as a principal technology specialist in strategic discussions. Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Skills and Experience Proven leadership in shaping strategic technology vision and architecture across EUC, OT, and AI platforms Strong track record in developing IT architecture frameworks and long-term technology roadmaps aligned with business goals Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience presenting to executive and cross-functional teams What moves you?
