The Opportunity As the Practice Lead for our Microsoft AI Business Solutions practice, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape our strategic direction and lead a talented team of consultants. This isn't a role about managing two separate silos—it's about creating synergy. You will be responsible for defining and delivering integrated solutions that empower our clients with a modern, productive workplace while building the custom applications they need to compete. Your role will be a critical blend of technical leadership, business development, and team mentorship. You'll work closely with senior leadership to set the vision for our service offerings, engage in high-value client projects, and ensure our teams are equipped to deliver excellence. What You'll Do Drive s trategic d irection: d efine and execute the strategy for our Modern Work and Application Development practices, fostering a cohesive and integrated approach to client solutions . Lead and manage your team of consultants: p rovide strategic direction, mentorship, and day-to-day oversight to ensure your team delivers innovative, high-quality solutions. Foster a collaborative environment where consultants are empowered to grow and succeed. Manage p ractice g rowth: t ake ownership of team utilisation and performance by monitoring capacity, aligning resources with project demands, and fostering a culture of accountability. Oversee p roject d elivery: g uide the design, development, and delivery of solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Application Modernisation, custom applications, integrations, and generative AI. Lead p re- s ales and g rowth: d rive new business through technical pre-sales engagements, including solution architecture, client workshops, and proposal development. Build c lient r elationships: c ultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations. Willingness to travel for client engagements when required ensures responsive and hands-on support. Actively e ngage in k ey p rojects: s erve as a billable resource for strategic and high-value customer engagements, demonstrating expertise and setting a standard for delivery. Who You Are You are a visionary leader who is passionate about technology and solving complex business problems. You have a knack for connecting with people, both clients and team members, and can articulate complex technical concepts in simple terms. You are a strategic thinker who is not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on. What You'll Bring Experience: 6 years of experience in IT consulting, application development, or modern workplace transformation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Technical e xpertise: p roven experience in pre-sales and solution architecture with deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform), Azure, and emerging technologies like generative AI. Leadership s kills: d emonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and manage complex client relationships. Communication: e xceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present compelling technical solutions. Problem-Solving: a strategic and innovative mindset with a track record of fostering continuous improvement. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related technical or business field.
