PURPOSE As a PR Consultant in our consumer practice, you'll play a key role in cultivating strong media relationships, driving proactive media outreach, crafting compelling content, delivering insightful reporting, and supporting day-to-day administrative operations. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in building and maintaining relationships with consumer media Work closely with account leads to support the development and execution of consumer PR campaigns. Draft and send media pitches, coordinate product placements, and follow up with journalists to secure coverage. Write press releases, media alerts, and briefing documents with guidance from senior team members. Participate in client meetings, take notes, and help prepare status reports and campaign updates. Track media coverage, compile clippings, and assist in preparing campaign performance reports. Stay across consumer trends and media movements to help inform campaign ideas and pitch angles. Work collaboratively across teams, contributing ideas and supporting day-to-day account management. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 1 years’ experience in consumer media relations A proven track record in leading account teams to deliver effective consumer campaigns Experience in driving successful new business initiatives Excellent writing skills An understanding of a social media platform including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok Strong reporting and presentation skills ABOUT YOU Energetic, self-starter and resourceful problem solver – gets things moving and keeps them on track.
