We are hiring for 2 x Player Accreditation & Ticketing Assistants to join our Players, Tournaments & International Relations team to deliver the Australian Open 2026 . This is a full-time fixed-term contract from Nov 2025 to Feb 2026. As these are seasonal roles , we require full availability and flexibility across the summer months, December 2025 – February 2026. About the role In this role you will be responsible for: Assisting with the administration and production of player accreditation passes for the Australian Open and Summer of Tennis events Supporting the coordination and distribution of player tickets and player box passes throughout the tournament Providing administrative and operational support to the Player Experience and Player Services teams Maintaining player databases, records, and communication channels Assisting with bump-in, bump-out, training preparation, and debrief activities About you To be successful in this role you will have: Previous experience in player accreditation and ticketing, or major sporting event operations Exceptional organisational skills with a high attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure environments Strong knowledge of global tennis, tournament structures, and familiarity with professional athletes and stakeholders Availability from Dec 2025 to February 2026, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia What’s to love?
